911 board approves BP tower lease for Gulf oil spill response

In order to facilitate clean-up of oil spill which includes communication with / coordination of emergency responders w/ industry & volunteers, "BP is leasing 14 sites from the Texas-Louisiana state line to Pensacola, Fla., to ensure continuous service."
